- Educate District Coordinators on product benefits, features, and optimal usage within their assigned areas.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethical, honest, and transparent promotion practices.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in regional sales, fintech, or community merchant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in regional languages and English.
- Ability to manage distributed field teams and achieve quarterly growth targets.
District Coordinator
Spearhead district-level operations by leading and supporting Taluk Coordinators within your designated district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Qpay products and services to Taluk Coordinators across the allowed district.
- Educate Taluk Coordinators on product benefits, features, and operational workflows.
- Facilitate merchant signups and onboard local retail networks.
Ideal Profile:
- 1+ years experience in retail distribution, field sales, or agency operations.
- Deep familiarity with local merchants and commerce hubs in the district.
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
Taluk Coordinator
Manage day-to-day coordination at the Taluk level, onboarding retail stores and guiding Gramasevakar team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active field engagement with local neighborhood stores and supermarkets.
- Train store owners on Qpay merchant app, QR codes, and Soundbox hardware.
- Support customer awareness campaigns and cashback promotions.
Ideal Profile:
- High school diploma or degree, energetic and customer-focused.
- Valid two-wheeler and smartphone.
- Passion for driving digital transformation in local commerce.
Gramasevakar Coordinator
Connect village and panchayath level micro-merchants with the Qpay digital cashback ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grassroots outreach to small village merchants and micro-enterprises.
- Assist local customers in downloading the Qpay app and scanning payment QRs.
- Distribute promotional collateral and educational materials.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong connection with local village community.
- Willingness to travel locally within the panchayath.
- Customer-first empathetic attitude.
